Les créations de Jean
Summary
The aim of this project was to work on my design skills, and all the information on this site is fictitious.
Les créations de Jean is a family-run business that creates made-to-measure wooden furniture, soap and jewellery. For this project I used WordPress for content management and basic languages such as HTML, SCSS, Javascript and PHP. For the mock-up I used the prototyping software called Figma.

Features
For the dynamic content, I used the very popular WordPress CMS, which makes it easy to manage the content of a website. This site has the following features:
- Carousel with the SplideJS library
- Scroll animations with the Intersection Observer api.
Inspiration
For the design, I read up on a number of sites such as Behance, Dribbble and Landingfolio to get a good idea of what I could offer.
Colours
As far as the colours were concerned, I opted for fairly vegetal tones to best represent the company “Les créations de Jean”. These colours were imposed on me.
